Ethereal Messenger
An oldie but a favourite of mine, captured in Peterborough, Ontario at a church high on the hill off of Water St.
She is perched on a small column in a state permanent sleep, while although she may not move nor will she awake. I can’t help but wonder what she has seen through the years at her place on the church pathway. I wonder what message she would deliver if ever a chance to come to life were offered. This will never be possible therefore she will forever remain the Ethereal Messenger.
